1. General Terms
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items before they become available in stock. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% downpayment is required to confirm all pre-orders. Orders will not be processed without this payment.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the item is shipped or picked up.
3. Order Processing and Lead Time
- Pre-order items are ordered based on customer demand and are not readily available in stock.
- The estimated lead time for arrival will be communicated at the time of order placement, but it may vary due to supplier and logistical factors.
4. No Cancellations & No Refunds
- Once a pre-order is placed and the downpayment is received, cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed.
- Pre-orders are made specifically according to the customer’s requested quantity and purchase order, making them non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Order Fulfillment & Pickup/Delivery
- Customers will be notified once the pre-order item is available for pickup or delivery.
- Any remaining balance must be settled before the item is released.
- Failure to claim the item within 7 days after notification may result in forfeiture of the downpayment.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, unexpected delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues.
- Customers will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.
