Refund policy

  1. Replace/Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with complete accessories/manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (official receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.

2.2 Non-Returnable/Refundable Items (under the Consumer Act of the Philippines RA 7394):

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Tampered warranty seal.
  • Consumable items such as adhesives, lubricants, and batteries.
  • Items explicitly marked as final sale.
  • Return due to change of mind.
  • Shipping charges and handling charges
  • Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store.

2.3 Return Process:

  • Customers must notify Buildmate’s customer service before returning any item.
  • Provide photo or video as proof.
  • The item should be brought to the store or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Once inspected and approved, a replacement unit will be provided. If an exact replacement is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value will be offered.
